Arise Virtual Solutions is changing the way companies think about call centre services. Arise provides a virtual platform to connect work-at-home service professionals running small call centres in the comfort of their own home office to large companies such as SKY, NPOWER , BT and Square Trade.

Arise does not offer employment, but exciting work from home opportunties for small businesses run by professional and experienced customer service agents like you.

If you prefer not to own your own business, you can join an existing business within the Arise Network of Independent Businesses as a Client Support Professional and still enjoy the benefits of a work-from-home lifestyle.

Keir is the VP of Client Results for Arise in Europe, and is responsible for the implementation, operational delivery and relationship management of prospect, new and existing Clients in the portfolio. Keir leads the Client Results Management Team, all of whom work from home, to deliver virtual BPO services to market leading brands through the Arise network of businesses.

Ken is responsible for growing Arise’s business revenues in the UK and EMEA. His responsibilities include identifying and developing relationships with new strategic clients within target verticals, developing innovative go-to-market propositions, managing bids and planning attendance at relevant industry events.
