We regularly provide registration support for people interested in using the Arise Platform. Support is offered through online information sessions hosted on a web conferencing platform called Blackboard. The dates and times of these sessions are listed below with instructions on how to use and connect to “Blackboard”. We will provide an overview of the Arise Platform, the registration process and answer any questions in our live Q&A.

Live Online Help:
Registrants can log into their Arise profile at https://portal.arise.com/ with the username and password you created. Click on Online Help in the upper right hand corner. Enter your questions to let AVA, the Arise Virtual Agent, try to answer. After a few tries, if she doesn’t provide the answer, she’ll connect the you with a live chat agent. Our usual business hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM

Live Online Help:
Log into the Arise portal at https://portal.arise.com/. Click on Online Help in the upper right-hand corner. Enter your questions into AVA, the Arise Virtual Agent, to receive answers and gain access to Partner Support chat. Our usual business hours are Monday-Friday, 1pm – 5am.
If you are in need of technical assistance with Arise or Client applications (ie: VPN, Citrix, Arise Portal, Virtual Meeting Rooms, Telephony, etc.), you can receive live online help by logging into the Arise portal at https://portal.arise.com/.
Click on Online Help in the upper right-hand corner, then enter your request into AVA, the Arise Virtual Assistant, to be provided assistance from the correct department.

Enter your questions into AVA, the Arise Virtual Assistant, to receive answers and gain access to Enrolment Chat Support. Our usual business hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM.
1. Create a profile to begin the admissions process (click on the orange button at the top of the page!)
2. Join one of our regular live information sessions times listed below or watch the prezzi.
3. Complete an automated 10-minute voice assessment.
4. Complete a background check. Additional background checks may be required for certain projects.
5. Sign the Arise NDA (non disclosure agreement).
6. Register your company with the Arise Network using either:
- An existing or new Ltd company
- Affiliating with an existing Independent business already in the Arise network
7. Choose the client program you would like to service and complete a client certification course to learn about the client program, performance metrics, client systems, and more.
8. Your company will sign a Statement of Work for each client program you choose to service and then you can start taking calls!
