SquareTrade,  whose warranties are available to Amazon, eBay, Tesco and Asda customers in the UK, impressed the judges with their total commitment to delivering very high levels of customer service. This speaks volumes for the efforts of their customer insights team, who constantly strive to improve their standards by encouraging customer feedback and reviews that in turn serve to positively influence other readers.

The Judges highlighted the unique approach of the SquareTrade team towards delivering the most competent customer service. “SquareTrade offer more than just a call centre ethos – they truly listen to their customers and help them on a one-to-one basis, rather than using scripts.
