05 Feb Arise EMEA, the Work from Home Specialist, Wins Award For Second Year Running!
For the second year running, Arise EMEA, the Work from Home Specialist, has won the coveted Best Operational Improvement Oscar when the winners were announced at the prestigious Arise Global Offsite in Florida on Friday.
Building upon the heritage of its 16 year existence in the United States, Arise EMEA sought input from its Independent Businesses and corporate employees to drive a sustained performance improvement, and this resulted in the launch of the Star Academy programme, which has since been adopted across the companies other territories in USA and Canada.
The team focused on simplifying the operational processes, reducing these down to a short list of KPI’s and using them to achieve even greater quality for Arise clients. In one example, Arise launched a new programme in the UK taking complex insurance industry calls and associated case management work. In under 4 months, Arise beat the previous offshore provider in terms of key metrics, including Net Promoter Score, and is matching the client’s leading in-house operation in another geography. Arise’s market leading use of eLearning techniques allowed the client to launch directly into complex claims calls vs a 3 month stabilisation phase on simple calls undertaken with all other vendors.
