On a glorious night for the Arise EMEA team at the Professional Planning Forum Customer Contact Innovation Awards Gala event in Brighton last night, the company not only landed The 2014 Innovation Award for Agility & Empowerment, but also the overall Contact Centre Innovation award for 2014. The PPF press release highlighting the awards added:
