Wanted: Work from home Entrepreneurs. Where do we find you?

Arise’s network of Independent Business Owners make up a proportion of this statistic, as all are based remotely in their own homes or private offices.

The UK pattern concurs with those in the USA where…”a growing number of Americans are working from home.  Whether they are self-employed entrepreneurs running small accounting services, or telecommuting for multinational consulting firms, some 30 million of us work from a home office at least once a week. And that number is expected to increase by 63% in the next five years, according to a study by the Telework Research Network.” (Source: Forbes). Some other studies put the figure at over 20% of the working population working at home at least once a week.

As the saying goes, people are a company’s biggest asset and for Arise, it’s our network of Independent Business Owners that deliver on our promises to our clients. Arise Customer Service and Technical Support Agents come from a plethora of backgrounds – working mums, newly retired, students – but they all share one common characteristic – an entrepreneurial drive to own their own business and work from home during flexible hours that suit their lifestyle.

With the hardships of recent economic times impacting on the employment market, there is a struggle for people to find the right opportunities that suit their lifestyle and ambition.
