Please note the following:


  • Hours are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis, so it is beneficial to select servicing intervals (which are 30- minute increments) as soon as schedules are posted.


  • More servicing intervals are available during a client’s peak demand period. Please be sure to review the Opportunity Announcement (OA) for the client programme you are interested in servicing for information on peak servicing hours.


  • The OA provides detailed information about each client programme opportunity, including the hours of servicing and the peak demand hours for the client. Before you select an opportunity, it is important to check that the servicing hours available on a programme align with your own or your agent’s availability


  • Certain client programmes have specific servicing hour requirements, which will be detailed in the OA. For example, some client programmes require weekend servicing or servicing on certain holidays.  Therefore, be sure to thoroughly review the OA and Statement of Work to ensure that you have selected a client programme that you will have no problem servicing.
