REGISTERING YOUR CALL CENTRE COMPANY

Once you have registered your company with Arise, you must enter the following information –

  • Company Name – The company needs to be registered as a Limited company.
  • Company Registration Number – A company registration number  (CRN) is a unique number issued by Companies House when a company is incorporated in the UK. It is usually 8 numbers, or two letters followed by 6 numbers. It will be displayed on your certification of incorporation and on your listing at Companies House.  Once you have entered the number into the portal it will be verified by Arise within 1 working business day.
  • Corporate title (e.g. Director) – You must be a named Director as listed on your certificate of incorporation.

 

Once the data has been entered you must click ‘next’ to fully submit the information. This will open up access to three documents, which must be signed before Arise can validate the company information. Once this process is complete, all company records will be verified within 1 working day.  Only after verification has taken place will the client opportunities become available to you on the portal.

 

1. Create a simple profile. It only takes five minutes. Just click on the orange button at the top of the page

 

2. Sign a non-disclosure agreement. This is when you get to access all the names of the prestigious client opportunities available.

 

3. Enter your company’s number or that of the company you will be working for.

 

4. Review the client opportunities available and select one that works for you and your company.  Be sure to review the Opportunity Announcement, which provides all the important details about each client project. We also hold regular Q&A and spotlight information sessions.

 

Enrol in a certification course that works with your schedule.  These are highly specialised, instructor-led online courses. Most come with a fee that ranges from £30 to £50. These courses are required by clients and provide details about the client’s systems and the requirements of the programme. These programmes are client driven and certify the agents of call centre companies using the Arise platform to interact with the brand’s customers after passing an assessment that validates, they understand client call types, performance metrics, client systems, and more.

 

Then prepare to service your clients and start earning revenue!
Upon successful completion of the certification course companies sign a Statement of Work (SOW) for each client programme you, or your agents, choose to service.  SOWs are generally three months in duration.
