Before agreeing to work for a company, be clear on the details, requirements and expectations of the business owner. Arise does not endorse or recommend any one call centre using its platform. It is your responsibility to decide whether your association with a particular call centre is right for you. These companies are in no way affiliated with or controlled by Arise and Arise does not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of such companies. Arise encourages you to do your due diligence and background research before you begin work for any company.

The Arise Platform connects small call centre companies to a wide range of customer support opportunities such as NPOWER, BT and a well know coffee capsule company. They include providing customer service, tech support and inbound sales, via email, phone and chat. Consult with the owner of the company you’ll be working for before selecting a programme, as his or her expertise can help you find opportunities best aligned with your talents, skill sets, experience and/or interests.
4-Step Process

  • NDA
Sign a non-disclosure agreement to access client names & details
Enter company ID number of the call centre company you will be working for (just a click of a button!)
After discussing options with your company, choose the client programme(s) you would like to service.

Each client offers a certification course that must be passed in order to begin servicing. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses that provide information on the client’s systems that you will be using to service, as well as the requirements for the programme. Most come with a fee that ranges from £30 – £50.
